Our center occupies an area of 1200 sq m. It is provided with a large and well-lit weighing-in room equipped with Technogym machines, a  wide   room  for aerobic, step  and  dances activities ,a spinning-room , two large parlours  with gym-matresses fitted out for martial arts, stretching and gym courses.

The center provides its  guests with a surgery and a mediacal specialist in sport  medecine as well as in osteophaty and massages massotheraphy; post-operating rehabilitation   programs, electrotherapy, computerized analysis of body-composition and corrective exercises  are also available.

Our staff includes  ISEF  graduated  long-experienced teachers and trainers  duly certified by the most important  field Federations. The  most demanding  guests can carry out their  training-scheduled exercises being followed step-by-step  by ISSA qualified  personal trainers.

We can furthermore offer  a "tepidarium -room" ( warm-room)  fitted  with sauna and relaxation facilities .

Finally  a wide private parking  place is  at our guests'disposal.
